Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Credit card information will be required to be given before a reservation can be confirmed. Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours prior to check in date (3pm on the day prior to arrival). Any cancellations without the necessary notice will be subject to full payment.
We welcome pets in designated rooms. All pets must be registered at the front desk and must remain under owner supervision at all times. There is a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. For any damage to furniture or fixtures made by pet(s) that exceed $25.00, the hotel will assess losses and charge accordingly. Maximum two (2) pets per room. Please pick up after your pets.
To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests we ask that all guests abide by the Inn’s policies.
- We offer a 100% Smoke Free environment for our guests. A $200 environmental cleaning fee will be assessed to each guest room requiring cleaning due to smoking.
- The individual(s) registered for the guest room will be liable for all damages that occur, including damages suffered by the Inn as a result of noise or disturbance to other guests.
- Consumption of alcohol in any public areas of the Inn not governed by a liquor license is prohibited.
